z222 Terms and Conditions – Your Complete User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and z222 ("z222", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the z222 website at https://z222.biz and all associated services, games, betting products and features made available through the platform.

By accessing the z222 website, creating an account, making any deposit or placing any bet or game entry, you confirm unconditionally that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you access z222 on behalf of any third party, or if you allow any other person to use your z222 account, you remain fully responsible for all activity conducted through that account and you confirm that any such person also agrees to these Terms.

To register and use z222 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. z222 is strictly an 18+ platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing z222 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited for personal use.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy or representative of any third party in conducting activity on z222.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from z222 or any other gaming platform through a formal self-exclusion process, whether that exclusion period is still active or recently lapsed.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

z222 reserves the right to require proof of age at any time. This may include requesting a copy of a Pakistani CNIC, passport or other government-issued identity document. Where age or identity cannot be verified to z222's satisfaction, the account will be suspended until verification is complete. Any deposits made during a suspended period will be returned via the original payment method.

z222 takes underage access seriously. If you are aware of a person under the age of 18 accessing the platform, please report this immediately to support@z222.biz. Parents and guardians are reminded to use parental control software to prevent access by minors to online gaming platforms.

Registration on z222 is free. To open an account you will need to provide a valid Pakistani mobile number and create a secure password. You may also be asked for your full name and date of birth. You agree that all information provided at registration and subsequently is accurate, current and complete, and that you will update this information promptly if it changes.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one z222 account. If z222 identifies that a person holds multiple accounts, all accounts except the oldest verified account may be closed. Any bonus balances in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Real money balances in excess of original deposits in duplicate accounts may also be voided at z222's discretion.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your z222 login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. z222 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access was made possible by your failure to maintain password confidentiality. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact z222 support immediately.

• Use a password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Do not access z222 from shared or public devices without logging out fully after each session.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options offered by z222 as they become available.
• Notify z222 support immediately if your registered mobile number changes or is compromised.

z222 reserves the right to close any account that is found to have provided false registration information, regardless of whether that account has a positive balance at the time of closure.

z222 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

• Easypaisa – mobile wallet transfer
• JazzCash – mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay – digital wallet
• SadaPay – digital wallet
• IBFT – interbank fund transfer
• Visa / Mastercard – bank-issued debit or credit card

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by z222, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits made through Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your z222 wallet instantly. IBFT and card transfers may take between a few minutes and a few hours depending on your bank's processing.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e. funds deposited from a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted. Any such deposits identified by z222 may be returned to the source and the associated account reviewed.

Withdrawal requests on z222 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. z222 targets processing all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers. IBFT and card withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank's processing times.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, z222 may require identity verification ("KYC" – Know Your Customer). This is standard practice for all online financial platforms and is not unique to z222. Verification typically involves submitting a copy of your Pakistani CNIC. z222 completes KYC verification as quickly as possible and will notify you promptly if additional documentation is required.

Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements attached to the relevant bonus. Real money deposited funds that have not been subject to a bonus can be withdrawn at any time without wagering conditions. Where a player has mixed bonus and real money balances, real money funds are used first in all betting and gaming activity.

• Withdrawal requests can be submitted 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Multiple withdrawal requests may be consolidated into a single payment at z222's discretion.
• z222 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000.
• Winnings earned through clear errors in odds or game malfunctions are not eligible for withdrawal — see Section 7 for details.

z222 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over the general rules below.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be turned over in bets before it can be withdrawn. A 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 5,000 bonus means Rs 50,000 in total bets must be placed using that bonus before withdrawal is available. Progress toward wagering requirements is tracked in your z222 account dashboard.

z222 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be claimed in conjunction with other bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. z222 may at its sole discretion decline to award a bonus to any player, or reverse a bonus already credited, if there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, arbitrage betting or any other activity designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage with them in good faith.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on z222, including cricket betting, PSL betting and all other sports covered on the platform. Sport-specific rules supplement these general rules and are available within each sport's section on z222.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation reference number from z222. Bets placed but not confirmed due to technical issues are not valid. If you do not receive confirmation, do not assume the bet has been placed — check your open bets section or contact support.

Odds Errors: z222 takes all reasonable measures to ensure accuracy of published odds. However, where an odds error is clearly identified — for example, decimal odds of 100.0 on an event where the correct market odds are 1.05 — z222 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and settle at the correct price or return stakes at its discretion. Obvious errors will always be addressed transparently and communicated to affected users.

Match Abandonment and Postponement:

• In cricket, if a match is abandoned before a result is possible under the relevant competition rules (DLS method included), bets are voided and stakes returned unless specific completion rules apply.
• Football matches not completed within 90 minutes of the scheduled kick-off time (excluding normal added time) may be voided at z222's discretion.
• PSL matches subject to weather interruptions follow the applicable PSL competition rules for result determination. z222 settles PSL bets according to the officially declared result.

Maximum Payout: The maximum payout per settled bet on z222 is Rs 5,000,000. Any winnings calculated above this amount will be capped at this figure.

All casino games, slots, virtual sports, Teen Patti and Ludo games available on z222 use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). The RNG ensures that all outcomes are statistically random, unpredictable and not influenced by previous results. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slots are published within the individual game information panels.

Game Malfunction: In the unlikely event of a game malfunction, server error or software fault that results in an incomplete game or an incorrect display of outcome, the result of that game round is void. Stakes will be returned. z222 will not honour payouts that arise directly from a demonstrable malfunction rather than a genuine game outcome. z222 will communicate any malfunction-related voidances transparently and promptly to affected users.

Ludo and Teen Patti Disconnection: Where a player disconnects during an active Ludo or Teen Patti session, z222's auto-play and reconnection rules apply as detailed in the respective game sections of the platform. Prize pools in live rooms are not affected by individual disconnections — the game proceeds and prizes are distributed according to final game outcomes.

Fair Play: The use of automated software, bots, scripts, collusion between players in skill-based games or any other mechanism designed to gain an unfair advantage in z222 games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

z222 is committed to responsible gaming and takes active steps to support players in maintaining healthy gaming habits. The following tools are available to all z222 users from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit ceilings. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be reduced immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders – Receive notifications at intervals you specify reminding you of how long you have been active in the current session.
• Loss Limits – Cap total losses over a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion – Lock your account for a defined period ranging from one week to permanent. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on z222. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and likely permanent closure, with forfeiture of bonus balances and potentially real money balances depending on the nature of the breach:

• Opening or maintaining more than one z222 account per individual
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process
• Using z222 on behalf of a third party, or allowing another person to operate your account
• Any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud or manipulation of payment systems
• Colluding with other players in skill-based games including Teen Patti and Ludo
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games
• Exploiting bonus offers through multi-accounting, arbitrage, systematic low-risk bonus clearing or any other strategy designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine gameplay
• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit or interfere with z222 systems or software
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using z222 for money laundering purposes

z222 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity connected to platform usage.

Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your z222 account at any time by contacting support@z222.biz. Any real money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period following your closure request.

Closure by z222: z222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where:

• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 10 is identified or reasonably suspected
• Verification requirements are not met within a reasonable timeframe
• Age verification reveals the account holder is under 18
• Required by applicable law or regulation
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months and has a zero balance

Where an account is closed by z222 due to a breach of these Terms, z222 may retain any bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus activity at its discretion. Real money deposits will be handled in accordance with the specific circumstances of the breach and applicable legal requirements.
